12/30/2023 0 Comments Gif speed up onlineGIF's metadata about delays, frames, and playing duration can be found in the extra options block. For example, if a GIF with five frames and a speed of 100ms is slowed down 3x, then you'll get an animation with the following frame delays: 100ms, 120ms, 150ms, 200ms, 300ms (if the "Smooth Slow-down" mode was off, then all delays would be 300ms). Delay time is in one-hundredths (1/100) of a second between frames - a larger value causes the animation to appear slower. The "Smooth Slow-down" mode updates GIF delays gradually, frame by frame. You can control the speed for the whole GIF by setting a 'Delay time' at the bottom or adjust the delay for individual frames with a 'Delay' input box right next to each frame. Here, you can also find an additional slow-down effect. If necessary, you can stop the autoplay in the options. By default, the input and output animations will automatically play at the new and old speeds in the preview area. For example, if you enter 10%, then the GIF in the output will play at 10% of its original speed (and the total slow-down will be 90%). By using the custom slow-down mode, you can enter a custom frame deceleration percentage. In this mode, the total GIF play time will increase by 3x. In this case, a 200ms delay will turn into a 600ms delay. The "Make a GIF 3x Slower" radio button, decreases the framerate by 33.33%. The total length of a GIF will increase by 2x as well. For example, if a frame is displayed on the screen for 200ms, then with this mode it will be displayed for 400ms. The "Make a GIF 2x Slower" radio button, as its title suggests, decreases the original framerate by 50%. The program is equipped with two quick deceleration modes and a custom deceleration mode. All actions and events in a GIF become slow-motion that makes it easy to see the smallest changes between frames. By increasing the frame delays, the duration of animation also increases but the framerate decreases. It increases the delays between frames so that they are displayed on the screen for a longer time period. This is a browser-based program that makes an animated GIF file go slower.
